Abstract
This research aims to test and provide empirical evidence on the influence of good corporate governance and ownership structure on the disclosure of sustainability reports in the Industrial Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. The sample used in this study consists of 54 industrial sector companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and influence, employing Structural Equation Modeling based on component or variance, commonly known as Partial Least Square (PLS), as the method for data analysis. The software used in this research is SmartPLS with secondary data. The data processing results found that good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on the disclosure of sustainability reports, and ownership structure does not affect the disclosure of sustainability reports.
